GIROFIV works to meet the highest possible level of accessibility requirements to ensure universal access to content for all users, regardless of their physical, sensory, or intellectual abilities, and regardless of the systems or resources used (browser, device, connection speed, etc.).

According to Directive (EU) 2016/2102 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26 October 2016, public sector websites and mobile applications must be accessible, and such accessibility must be achieved in accordance with the standard UNE – EN 301 549:2019, on accessibility requirements. This standard is mainly based on the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) in August 2018.
